7. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order only

- After 12 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped

- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method

8. Refunds & Replacements:

We follow a replacement-first policy.

 

Replacement Conditions:

- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

- Clear images of the damaged product, shipping box, and original packaging are mandatory for all claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items

- Claims without valid image proof may be rejected

- Approved replacements will be provided at no additional cost

- If the product is out of stock or unavailable, a replacement may not be possible. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a gift card compensation of up to 50% of the product value at our discretion

Refund Conditions:

- Refunds are issued only if:

  - Replacement is not available, or

  - The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement, or

  - Order is canceled within the allowed time

  - Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
