Refund & 7 Days Replacement Policy – WeBuy99™


We offer a 7-day Replacement Policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issue with your order.


Important: The 7-day replacement policy is only applicable with clear images of the damaged product, shipping box, and original packaging as proof. Claims without valid image proof may not be accepted.

1. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution):


We prioritize replacements over refunds to ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.


Eligible for Replacement:

You may request a replacement if:

- The product is damaged upon arrival

- The product is defective or not working

- You received the wrong item

- Items are missing from your order


Replacement Process:

- Contact us within 7 days of delivery

- Provide clear images of the damaged product, shipping box, and original packaging (mandatory) along with photo proof

- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

- In most cases, return is not required

- If the product is out of stock or unavailable, a replacement may not be possible. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a gift card compensation of up to 50% of the product value at our discretion.

- If return is required, we will provide instructions.

2. Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order only

- After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be processed or shipped

- If the order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued

- Claims without valid image proof

- Cancellation requests made after 12 hours of placing the order

- Change of mind after purchase

- Minor color/design variation (due to screen differences)

- Damage due to misuse or improper handling

- Normal wear and tear

- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
